Lots of sweets in the Delaney house this week. First, sugar cookies for a church event, then a red velvet cake for Colin's birthday, cookies for Jackson's birthday, and finally chocolate cupcakes (also for Jackson's birthday). On top of that we had donuts twice for Jackson's schools. I feel like I gained 10 pounds this week. And lots more to come this week too, because Jackson's carnival party is on Saturday. Prepare yourselves, lots of party posts on that to follow.
Our church had it's big fundraiser night - with casino games, etc... They asked our Mom's Group to bake some treats for it. My original plan was to make the round cookies look like poker chips. Never got to that step. So, they got purple circles, instead. The others were supposed to be dice.
