In the Backyard, again...

It's the perfect time of year, in my opinion.

Our bridal's wreath is in full bloom.
It reminds me so much of Mawmaw Bea.

Just having some brother bonding time.

Well, for a minute, anyway.

hmmm. where did you go?

Jackson picked up the bat and swung - he hit the ball clear across the yard.
Our mouths both dropped.
Maybe we have a future baseball star.

Or two.

I'm so thankful for having the space for the boys to play.
I spent a long time wishing we had more land (and still do)
because I'm so used to that idea.
One of the first things we did when we moved in was plant some trees. Our backyard was bare, and while it definitely couldn't win any landscaping prizes,
I feel proud that we managed to make it a little more green!
Even though we don't have the most spacious backyard,
there is still plenty of room to make memories.
