Gingerbread houses

We had the Moxleys and Terhaars over to decorate gingerbread houses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lots of concentration

 

and focus

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 While the kids decorated, Colin made eggnog.

Which consists of beating the whip cream for a long time.   A really long time.

Then beating the eggs.  Again, a very long time.   With the hand mixers, and a metal bowl. It was really loud, and I complained.  And asked if he could mix it outside : )

Alas, he finished, and everyone enjoyed it.
