The boys had their school Christmas program ...
Maggie loves the performance.
I left Ellie home with Colin - and he was just fine with that.
Otherwise one of us would have just stood in the very back with her the whole time.
Charlie in the center.
Cooper man.
Jackson all the way to the side.
Jackson reading in Mass sometime in December ...
Sometimes it is worth it to break the rules and jump and scale the furniture.
I have a hard time not laughing when Cooper goes for it.
Boys helped me with lots of chores over the Christmas break.
That's Charlie vacuuming our bathroom.
Monopoly. The game that never ends.
Ellie helped wrapped gifts.
Movie night at our school.
Made a wreath out of magnolia leaves!!!
It's been on my to-do list for about 5 years.
It looked great ... until the wind blew all the leaves off.
Time to put up the outside lights ...
This.
This makes me so nervous.
I keep trying to convince him to put a mattress underneath.
Or just don't put lights up there.
Taking turns dancing with Maggie as a prince.
Finally sent out birth announcements!! With our Christmas cards.
12 Years of marriage!
We left at 7 and were home before 9!
And I forgot to put on makeup.
We did stop and get a movie at Red Box.
Jurassic World.
So romantic!
(I wouldn't change a thing).
Accessorizing.
Had to take our cat to the vet over the break. Was a fun field trip for the kids.
Maggie took a little dance class every Monday in the fall.
We ended it at the Christmas "performance" because the Spring was prep for the recital.
The costume alone was over $75 and the recital fee (including 2 tickets) was almost $150.
So.....
We switched to gymnastics.
She will probably do dance again in the fall.
