The Fourth

I get a C- for my picture taking on Independence Day.   I just didn't take enough.   We went over to our friends, the Montaneros for some fun.   And I was too busy visiting and enjoying the day to pick up the camera. 
Charlie helped me make a strawberry shortcake cake and some star sugar cookies.  They served us all kinds of yummy food from burgers to brats ... and had me wishing I was still pregnant so I could eat one of everything.   Not sure why Jackson isn't in any of the pictures, but he was there having fun, too : )
