Halloween Festivities!

We started the Halloween weekend by giving Charlie his first taste of cereal. He loved it!
I was hesitant to start cereal with him because I am not thrilled about trying to squeeze another thing into our morning routine. So, for right now, he is just getting cereal at night.

On Thursday, Jackson had a family picnic at his school.
Here is is showing off his pumpkin that he painted ...

And Cooper "borrowed" someone's pumpkin because he wanted to pose with one, too.

Friday evening we went to Scare on the Square in downtown McKinney. All the stores close and they give out candy to the trick or treaters. We tried to get there early, but just couldn't get out of the door in time to beat the crazy crowd. We didn't stay long, but the boys got the "experience" and had fun.

Jackson is showing off his tail.

We left the square, and headed over to the Halloween party for our mom's group.
Fun!

Blurry - but I still love this shot.
The boys were wild in the bounce house.

Charlie never made it into his costume on Friday.
But he had this funny little skeleton suit.

Cooper loved playing with the basketballs.

Trunk or Treating

Checking out the loot

On Sunday, we went over to the Koonce's house for a par-tay.
Costumes were required - so we dressed up as eggs.

A dinosaur and a chicken egg.

Enjoying the perfect weather outside.

Cooper loved the playhouse.
Maybe we will should ask Santa for one.

Finally made it into his costume.

Trick or Treating!

Charlie and his bud, Davis.

And finally,
Here are some group shots we took of the boys.
Hope you get a good laugh.

I'm hoping we have a little more luck this Friday, when we have the boys pictures taken!

  1. What a fun family you Delaney's are! The chicken and dinosaur are precious and the eggs, mom and dad, BRILLIANT! I shouldn't even have to comment on how precious that pea pod was...but I will. He's ADORABLE. What a smily baby he is. And I love his hair.
