Museum of Nature and Science

On Wednesday, Colin took off of work and we headed down to Dallas to the Museum of Science and Nature.



Not so sure about the giant nose that sneezed every 45 seconds.

After the science building we headed over to the nature building. On the way, we stopped at the pond and shared some of our lunch with the fish and the turtles.

It was a fun day. The boys had a blast.

The next day (Thursday) we were headed to Dallas again and we got in a car accident.
Thankfully, everyone is okay. The boys and I didn't have even a scratch. Colin's arm is hurt - but not broken, and the van, well, we are waiting to see if it is totaled or not.
Very scary. We weren't far from the hospital where Colin works, so his boss came and picked the boys and I up, while Colin waited for the wrecker.

This week didn't turn out the way we expected.
We didn't go on our first family vacation.
The kids were all sick for days.
We were in a car accident.

But, we are all okay. We are so thankful for that.
Things are going to be looking up around here, I just know it.
Everytime I start to feel sick about it all, or throw myself a pity party, I just remember how blessed we are. Its no fun to deal with all of this.
But, I have an amazing husband.
We have three beautiful boys.
Please say some prayers of thanksgiving for us.
