Charlie turned one last Sunday.
We celebrated with a green cupcake from the grocery store.

And for the record, he is ALMOST done with spitting up.
Only a couple of times a day. No big deal.
On Thursday, my mom and brother arrived.
They brought Charlie a new ball popper toy.
Including, squishy frogs.
Squishy, icky, wonderfully fun frogs.

And, here are Charlie's final pictures in his chair, to complete his first twelve months.
Whew. Glad I don't have to remember to take those pictures anymore. But really glad I did it.
Happy Birthday sweet sweet Charlie.
I love you.
I love your blue eyes, your red hair, and the dimple in your chin...
your fat rolls, your belly button, your silly noises that you make.
I love your big hugs, and how you flap your arms when you are excited to see me or daddy or your brothers.
I love when you empty out an entire laundry basket of folded clothes.
I love watching you grow up and discover new things.
